As we celebrate America's Independence Day, North County Shooting Center will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families and friends.

Whether you're enjoying a backyard BBQ, watching fireworks, spending time at the beach, or simply relaxing, we hope you all have a fun, safe and memorable Fourth of July celebrating with those who matter most. Everyone please celebrate responsibly and safely.

JULY FIREARMS TRAINING CLASSES AT NORTH COUNTY SHOOTING CENTER

Summer is the perfect time to sharpen your skills, earn your CCW certification, or take your first step into responsible firearm ownership.

Whether you're brand new to shooting or looking to build on your experience, North County Shooting Center offers professional firearms training throughout July with classes for every skill level. Our experienced instructors provide a safe, welcoming environment focused on confidence, safety, and practical shooting skills.

Perfect for first-time firearm owners or anyone wanting to learn the fundamentals of safe firearm handling, operation, and marksmanship.

Basic Pistol 2 & Build and Refresh Your Skills

Private Classes by Appointment

Ready for the next step? These classes help reinforce your fundamentals while introducing more advanced techniques to improve confidence and accuracy. Call to schedule a time with an instructor.

CCW Initial Day 1 & Recertification

Saturday, July 11 — 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Saturday, July 18 — 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Tuesday/Wednesday, July 7–8 — 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

Designed for new concealed carry applicants and those needing CCW renewal training.

CCW Initial 2-Day Course

Sunday, July 12 & Saturday, July 25 — 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Tuesday/Wednesday, July 21–22 — 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

Our comprehensive two-day course covers firearm safety, legal responsibilities, defensive fundamentals, and everything required for California CCW training.
